We are pleased to announce....

     The Vineyard Christian Bookstore and Coffee Shop continues to bear fruit. Pat Davis has had a long-time connection with the business and has recently purchased it.  She has many improvements in mind for the popular coffee shop and book store. 

     "It's very much a God thing," Davis said. A series of circumstances led to the purchase of the business.  Pat's Dad, Richard Davis, was the owner of Davis Furniture, so she was familiar with retail business.  However, until recently, Pat's interests have been music and teaching.  Pat is a music teacher at Wayland Academy.

     Davis said her goals are to broaden the customer base for the business. They have already begun an open microphone night on Fridays from 7 to 9 p.m.  "We wanted to start a coffee bar night," Davis said. People are invited to play their instruments, sing, or offer their poetry or read Scriptures. Davis said she has already begun inviting her students to show off their talents.

     Future plans include adding WIFI. She also announces the addition of a bakery to the Vineyard. more...

OPEN MIC NIGHT

     This event starts at 7 P.M. on Fridays and is a night for live, local, Christian, musical talent. Instrumentalists, vocalists, and friends are welcome. Come on down to enjoy the fun.

MEETING SPACE

     We are already hosting the area ministerium and optimist club once a month, and we now have a bigger seating area to host groups of a larger size... If you are interested in reserving some space for a special gathering or celebration, even after regular business hours, we would be happy to serve you.
